Grimes: Hatha Yoga

Hatha is one of the most popular types of yoga. Generally consisting of breathing, poses, and meditation, Hatha is designed to align and calm the mind and body.

East Village: Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a type of yoga which coordinates breath with movement to create a flow between poses.
